Meet Bailey Rowland! She’s the newest member of the Atlantic Property Solutions of Florida team, and assumed the role of Manager in 2021 and hit the ground running with APS. She serves as the short-term rentals manager of multiple properties. She handles everything from decorating the properties to making sure they are fully stocked and in excellent shape for each and every guest.
Bailey keeps a full schedule as she also assists the APS team with closings and any client considerations that arise. In addition to working for APS, she owns her own dive company named Aloha Kai Scuba and she leads group dive trips around the world. Prior to owning her own business, Bailey managed Atlantic Pro Divers in Jacksonville Beach for 6 years and has taught scuba and guided tours in St Croix for over 2 years.
Her biggest job, besides bringing professionalism and a smile to her role at Atlantic Property Solutions of Florida Bailey is mom to 5-year-old Kai. Her pride and joy is quite the cornhole player and she loves to swim!
